Specializing in the diagnosis of neck & lower back instabilities.

OSAC is Ontario’s first and only assessment center specializing in the diagnosis of neck and lower back instabilities.

We have assembled a powerful, highly qualified and experienced team to work together as Ontario’s only Multi-Disciplinary Radiology-Based Spinal Assessment Clinic.

The Clinic screens for neck and lower back instability injuries using specialty motion X-rays. The X-rays can be taken at any facility in Ontario. The X-rays can then be forwarded to our x-ray laboratory for a comprehensive assessment.

Compelling Evidence

Compelling Evidence

We strive to protect trauma patients with an accurate, objective diagnosis. Treatment centers want to rehabilitate patients back to their pre-accident health status. For those of you who have attended the OSAC MIG seminar/presentation, you already know that the Minor Injury Guideline’s arrival challenges our mission.

Important Information for injured patients, medical physicians, rehabilitation centres and legal firms.

Important Information for injured patients, medical physicians, rehabilitation centres and legal firms.

This information is of extreme importance to the medical physician and rehabilitation team in knowing how to proceed with the treatments and what to avoid in order to not further harm the patient.

Third degree Tears

Third degree Tears

Third degree tears
are much more common than we think. They are there, they are difficult to measure, but when objectified, they become the evidence needed to opt out of the MIG into a category that allows for a clinically, more respectful timeline and support system to allow a safe recovery to a pre-accident status.

Our Mission

We strive to protect trauma patients with an accurate, objective diagnosis. Treatment centers want to rehabilitate patients back to their pre-accident health status. OSAC’s mission is to conduct technical measurements using specialized x-rays to identify NON-Minor Injury Guideline (MIG) injuries such as Third Degree Ligament Ruptures.

What we do?

Now, more important than ever before, the OSAC provides rehabilitation facilities with affordable diagnostic screening tests targeting Major Injuries.

The x-ray screens are simple to order. OSAC’s technical department performs preliminary tests on the x-rays measuring for ligament injuries. When present, the compelling evidence allows a NON-Minor Injury Guideline (MIG) classification.
